چکیده

To observe the inhibitory effect of plumbagin on invasion and migration glioma cells U-118 to explore possible mechanism its action. were cultured in medium with different concentrations counted morphological changes observed under microscope after 24 h incubation cell proliferation was detected by 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol- 2-yl)-2,5-diphenyl tetrazolium bromide, scratching assay Transwell method. Western blotting used detect expression matrix metalloproteinase-2, metalloproteinase-9 p21 protein. The results showed that morphology could be changed it dependent concentration; 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyl bromide significantly inhibited growth ability positively correlated scratch planar motility decreased increase administration inhibit metalloproteinase-2 proteins cells, but increased P21 there a positive correlation concentration. Plumbagin can suppress may related inhibition expression.
